By Road
See the maps below to find the location once you have
got into Edinburgh. Please note that parking is not straight forward.
Most of the parking places near the venue are metered. However there is
an NCP car park near Bristo Square (opposite the Appleton Tower - see
the map below) that could be used.
By Air
If you are arriving by air, the airport is several miles outside the
City centre. You can either catch a bus from the airport (3.50 pounds
one way or 5 pounds return) which will take you to the centre - it will
stop just off Waverley train station (to get to the venue just follow
the instructions for getting there from Waverley Station below).
Alternatively take an airport taxi directly to the venue which will cost
in the region of fifteen pounds.
By Rail
Trains arrive at Waverley Station (see the
rail track site for train travel
information). You can take a taxi from there (ask for 11 South College
Street) or you can walk directly to the venue which should only take 10
to 15 minutes.
A map showing the seminar location is included below (the venue is
coloured in red). Waverley train station is just to the North of the
map. This can be seen in the second map below which shows a larger view
of Edinburgh.
