As part of the UK High End Computing (UKHEC) collaboration, CLRC Daresbury Laboratory is organising a seminar on Graphical User Interfaces for Scientific Applications. This seminar will focus on the design and development of GUIs for scientific codes, with examples from computational chemistry and oceanography, and on the software technologies employed, including Java, Python, Tcl/TK and AVS/Express.
